Tomatillo Turkey Burgers

1 lb Lean Ground Turkey
3 TBS Tomatillo Salsa
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Ground Cumin
1 Tsp Chili Powder
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/4 Tsp Ground Pepper
Pinch of Sea Salt (optional)
Mix all ingredients together.  Form into patties.  Cook in a grill pan or skillet over medium high heat for about 3-4 minutes per side (cooking times will vary based on the thickness of the patties you make. 
- I used toasted whole wheat sandwich thins instead of buns for these burgers. 
- I topped my burger with avocado and tomatoes.  I also used olive oil mayo and regular mustard.  My hubby's burger had all of the above and cheese.
